In 2022, in order to promptly and appropriately respond to such changes we revised our material issues after repeated consultations with all our stakeholders,

Operation of maternity & childcare counseling rooms/nursery schools, provision of on-site lessons, support for people with disabilities and more.
Promotion of diversity and inclusion. Improving engagement through dialogue and training of human resources. Improvement of working environment through digital transformation.
Promotion of customer participation-type initiatives like donating surplus food and holding events to promote environmental awareness.
Collaboration with business partners who value human rights and the global environment, collaboration with NPOs/NGOs as well as with companies in our same sector and in different sectors.
