Basic Policies

We will make responsible efforts to, among other things, collaborate with our business partners in managing the ingredients and manufacturing process for our product development and provision, show consideration toward human rights and the employment and workplace environment, and conserve the earth’s environment.

2. Improve customer satisfaction

We will develop and provide products and services from the customer's point of view and work to improve quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Legal Compliance 

We will maintain high ethical standards with regards to the development and provision of products and services and comply with laws and regulations as well as social norms .

4.Provide safe products and services

We will work to provide safe products and services that customers can feel secure using from the customer's point of view.

5.Provide appropriate information

We will endeavor to provide necessary information related to products and services in an appropriate and easy-to-understand manner from the customer's point of view.
