Seven & i Holdings must keep track of and respond to the interests and concerns of all of our stakeholders, such as shareholders, customers, business partners, local communities, and employees, regarding society as well as our company and our group, so as to maintain their trust. Seven & i Holdings and each of our operating companies strives to maintain dialogue with stakeholders so as to get to know their opinions, needs, areas of dissatisfaction, and complaints, so as to respond to their “voices” in a timely fashion. We emphasize stakeholder engagement so that they can take part in management, with the opinions they voice reflected in the decision-making process.
