Employee Engagement Survey

Seven & i Holdings conducts employee engagement surveys aimed at creating fulfilling workplaces.

Employee Engagement Survey

The employee engagement survey is an indexing of employees’ feelings about doing one’s best and not giving up until delivering results above expectations, with the “feeling that each and every employee is always playing a leading role” as well as having “pride and passion in everyone’s own work.”

In the fiscal year ended February 28, 2021, the survey was administered to approximately 82,000 employees at 30 companies in Japan. The survey is conducted once every year.

Promoting Improvement Activities

The results of the employee engagement survey are reported to upper management, and at the same time, each Group company carries out their analysis of the survey results and organization of the issues. Going forward, improvement measures will be proposed based on the issues identified and gradually executed. At the same time, the Company plans to carry out validation at the next employee engagement survey.
