November 2005 Seven-Eleven Japan establishes 7-Eleven, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary.
February 2006 Seven-Eleven Japan establishes Seven & Y Corporation a subsidiary.
March 2006 Seven & i Holdings establishes York Mart Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary.
June 2006 Seven & i Holdings and Millennium Retailing Group are merged.
September 2006 Seven & i Holdings establishes York Benimaru Co, Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary.
January 2007 Seven & i Food Systems Co., Ltd. is established to integrate/restructure Denny’s Japan Co., Ltd. and Famil Co., Ltd., and York Bussan K.K.
June 2007 Ito-Yokado Co., Ltd. announces that AKACHAN HONPO CO., LTD. will be its subsidiary.
